Hayli Karbowski, MD

Dr. Karbowski was born and raised in Oklahoma. She completed her undergraduate degree at Oklahoma State University and received her medical doctorate at The University of Oklahoma College of Medicine in 2014. She completed her Family Medicine Residency in Wichita, Kansas at the University of Kansas in 2017. She then moved to Fort Morgan, Colorado working at East Morgan County Hospital in Brush, Colorado. She then worked at Platte Valley in Brighton, Colorado. After working as an employed physician for 5 years, she ventured to open her own direct primary care practice and bring a new kind of healthcare to the Fort Morgan area.

Dr. Karbowski loves taking care of all ages of patients and all aspects of Family Medicine but is particularly passionate about preventive medicine and wellness. She spent extra time earning her certification with the American Board of Obesity Medicine and very much enjoys working side by side with patients to help them achieve their weight loss goals.
