Medically Supervised Weight Loss

At Catalyst Primary Care, we can help you achieve your weight loss goals. We focus on long term, sustainable weight loss with guidance in nutrition, physical activity and lifestyle management. Additionally, prescription weight loss medications may be prescribed to aid with weight loss if appropriate. Dr. Karbowski is a Diplomate of the American Board of Obesity Medicine and very much enjoys teaming up with patients to reach their weight loss goals and improve their quality of life.
Weight management is included at no additional cost to our members; however, Dr. Karbowski also offers her expertise to non -members with per visit pricing.

Initial Consultation
- This lasts approximately 1 hour and will include a weight history intake, body analysis and measurements, dietary, exercise, lifestyle evaluation and guidance as appropriate.
- Dr. Karbowski will tailor her recommandations based on your specific situations and needs
- Dependent upon your specific medical conditions or risk factors, there may be lab values that we follow throughout your journey. Labs are not included in the additional or follow up visits but we have arranged for very reduced cost labs as a benefit of our membership!

Follow Up Visits
- At each visit we will work together and focus on a combination of diet, physical activity and continued lifestyle modifications.
- The visits will be done at varying intervals based on need for intervention and/or medication management
- We will create a foundation for sustainable weight loss that will last for the rest of your life

We have partnered with Reimbursify for you to easily submit your claims for out-of-network health insurance in regard to weight management fees.
